put the upd71059c in m92 too, seems to be the same device.
unfortunately I'm still mostly using the old code rather than going through the interrupt controller (I've needed to resort to a hack to just pluck the vector from it which does avoid the per-game hacks, but isn't right) attempting to hook it up properly is causing havoc with nbbatman, probably because the existing interrupt logic in the driver isn't very good (it isn't obvious for example when the sprite and sound interrupts should ack / clear) if anybody has proper timing information for the m92 interrupts, and details of how they ack etc. it would probably allow us to properly emulate this without the ugly hack.
