[section:Protocol Protocol requirements]

A type `X` meets the `Protocol` requirements if it satisfies the requirements
of `Destructible` (C++Std [destructible]), `CopyConstructible` (C++Std
[copyconstructible]), and `CopyAssignable` (C++Std [copyassignable]), as well
as the additional requirements listed below.
