(#6130)"
This reverts commit a77313a98782d0494a5f3b7eb30993e5ac45c4eb.
This seems to break high score support on things without cartridges. I think it needs re-thinking.

add dumps of both old older/split and newer/combined D-50 PCM ROMs, and add chip locations to all roms, PCB notes, chip label notes and version string notes. [Lord Nightmare, anonymous, Erik Gavriluk]

In the first one "enabled" means the dimm board is really emulated and
"disabled" means everything works as before, that is like running a rom cartridge version of the game.
In the second one "yes" means the dimm ram already contains valid game
data when the machine is turned on, "no" means there is no valid data
and the firmware will load it all from the gd-rom.
By default real emulation is disabled and valid data is already present.

U4 component on the Diego board was initially incorrect as "109B" instead of "1098" (A/D converter that obviously controls steering and throttle). Arctic Thunder's I/O cpu turned out to be a 87C552 MCU which uses the same architecture as the predicted 87C51/2; both Intel MCS-51 based. If anyone wants this decapped, I will (most likely) be happy to donate my substitute I/O board though I would hate to waste a fully working pcb.
* Because Arctic Thunder uses this MCU architecture
