It thinks a disk is in and tries to execute garbage in the disk buffer instead. - Port 08 is largely a guess. - No work done on the keyboard. Should be able to hook up the generic ascii keyboard. - No software available to try. - Bug in floppy code means the motor will turn off after a few seconds.
